COVID-19 Palliative Care Initiative

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, our great village's sons and daughters, locally and across the globe, came together to help the vulnerable amongst us. The first round of palliatives went to 350 beneficiaries in the community. The beneficiaries were the very old, the disabled and widows. Each of the beneficiaries was given the sum of N3000.00, and they were extremely very grateful to Afe.

Business Soft Loans Program

Rural small businesses are an integral part of local economies and communities. In line with the Afe's vision, on 21st February 2020, Obong (Mrs) Aniekan-Bassey Taiwo collaborated with Afe Ndito Etinan and donated N400,000 to the Business Soft Loans program designed to provide small start-up capital. In its first year, the program has given N10,000 at a 0% interest rate to 40 qualified indigenous Etinan sons and daughters. The Afe will monitor and provide necessary consulting and support to ensure the beneficiaries the loans when due.
